Many couples take a vacation to escape the
hectic pace of life and reconnect with their partner. But, all to often, any
real meaningful connections are subdued ultimately by the couples fears, and
they are left struggling with what gets in the way of deeper connection with
each other. New Headings facilitator, Trevor Warren, a Registered Clinical
Counsellor who specializes in relationships, takes you on an experiential
journey that courageously supports and challenges couples to take their
relationship to the next level of intimacy and connection by actively removing
the blocks to greater intimacy. During this sailing retreat in the BVI, couples
are invited to embrace a higher purpose in their relationship, and in so doing,
unlock the divine potential that is lying dormant inside every relationship. Set
sail with eight other couples in the British Virgin Islands and dive into some real
"in-to-me-see." During this workshop you'll take part in group
sessions where you'll learn what it takes to create a truly deep intimate
relationship, receive 1 on 1 couple sessions with Trevor to deal with specific
challenges in your relationship, and take part in experiential exercises amidst
the unparalleled beauty of the Virgin Islands that will expand your
consciousness. And of course, there will be plenty of time to PLAY
& CELEBRATE LIFE as you soak up the beautiful, warm,
tranquil Caribbean life as you sail, scuba dive, island hop, lay on the white
sand, enjoy the island night life and a whole lot more. This may
end up being the first time that you've actually seen each other.

This is done through a series of
individual, couple, and group exercises that take place within a safe
environment and focus on a balance between mind, heart and body. Couples will be
taught a revolutionary new paradigm for understanding the purpose of their
relationship, and learn new, effective communication tools that will heal their
past wounds. The purpose of this retreat is not to replace your vacation, but
rather to enhance it, and enable you to experience your partner and the world
around you at a whole new level. With this in mind, we make sure that there is
plenty of free time to soak up the pleasures of the islands and to put your new
discoveries into action on your holiday.
Trevor offers his clients a very unique and
comprehensive approach to understanding the source of emotional distress and
provides very solid and practical healing tools that can be used in everyday
life to reclaim love, passion and peace. His extensive training and experience

What can I expect?
This retreat will include daily group experiential processing, morning
meditations, a tantric breakfast, conscious connected breathing exercises,
physical exercise routines, fireside rituals on the beach, expressive art
exercises, nature as healer exercises, two private couples sessions each with
Trevor, to address specific blocks, and there will also be additional optional
exercises/events for those who just can't get enough of it.
Who should attend?
This workshop is intended for couples who want to take their relationship to the
next level; who want to reclaim the natural passion that their relationships
once held; and who want to move beyond their fears to love. This is a workshop
about manifesting the full potential and divinity of intimate relationships.
This is not intended for couples whose relationships are considered to be in
crisis.
What about the holiday?
On your "off-time" aboard Shenemere, a 51ft Beneteau, and the
other boats you can enjoy the beauty of the Virgin Islands above and below
water. Spectacular reefs and picturesque landscapes are waiting to be explored
by you. Private staterooms, each with their own head and shower, will
accommodate you in luxury. Our crew members will be delighted to introduce
you to the wonders of the underwater world in the beautiful, clear waters of the
Caribbean. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, SCUBA, or laze in the Caribbean sun on
the white sand beaches. They will also gladly show you a good time on the
kayak and some other water toys. Also you can expect gourmet food, fresh
home-made breads, exotic drinks and sumptuous desserts will tantalize even the
most discriminating palates.
